Since we are working very hard to keep our expenses low, we will not offer scholarships for the renewal experience. Also, we cannot honor refunds. Payment questions should be directed to Jessica Pettitt, our Administrative Coordinator at: sjtiadmin@jessicapettitt.com

Registration Deadline: October 28, 2011
(a minimum of 25 registrants is needed for this deadline. Other registrations will be accepted with a final registration date to be announced later).

The date to pay for registration fees will be announced by November 5, 2011.

The Employee Identification Number for SJTI is: *32-0246935*. Your institution or place of work might need this number if you are requesting a reimbursement from them. SJTI also has a PayPal account if you need to pay using a credit card. Please note that there is a surcharge if you use PayPal.

After you submit your registration form, you should be directed to a confirmation page. If you do not receive this confirmation or have any difficulties submitting your registration, contact Jessica to make sure that your registration was received.

Hotel

Lodging has been secured at the Sheraton Suites in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for this renewal experience. The rate is $119.00 per night (singles and doubles). Details of pre- and post-availability as well as advanced deposit and booking details will be announced determined after the contract is signed on October 30, 2011 and before November 5, 2011. As previously stated, 25 participants need to register and commit by October 28, 2011 for the institute to viable.

Airline Reservations

The Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is located 12 miles the Sheraton Suites. A taxi ride to the hotel is approximately $45. There is also complimentary hotel self-parking if you decide to rent a car.

Celebration

During this time we will share best practices, have the opportunity to share our stories and key learnings throughout our work within social justice and celebrate us and SJTI. The Celebration will begin immediately after the institute and last throughout the evening, including dinner. Please join us!
